Description

Hawthorn Lodge is an early 18th century brick building, now covered in cream washed cement, with a tiled roof and gable ends. The south-facing garden front features two storeys and three dormers, with five windows on the first floor. The ground floor has two three-light windows and a central door, all situated under a glass-roofed verandah. There is a one-storey kitchen and garage extension added later. The main entrance is located on the north side, where there is a one-storey pentice addition with dormers and a slate roof.
