Description
This is a terrace of four houses located on Kew Green, east of Kew Road. The houses date from 1816, as indicated by a stone tablet on number 96 which reads "Waterloo Place, 1816". They are three storeys high, with each house originally having two bays. The front is of brick and features a parapet. Number 90 has a single-storey shop projection. The cill level of the second-floor windows at numbers 90 and 92 has been lowered, and number 96 has casement windows instead of the original sash windows.
