Description

Capel House is an early 18th century house located on Kew Green, specifically at No 83 (Capel House). The building stands three storeys tall and was originally five windows wide. However, the two right-hand bays have been replaced with a late 18th century full-height, three-window canted bay. The house is constructed of brown brick with red dressings and features a modillion eaves cornice. There are recessed panels beneath the windows of the original three bays. Additionally, it has brick with stone dressings and a bell cupola topped with a copper roof.
