Description

The garden building located to the west of Southborough House dates from the early 19th century and may have been designed by John Nash. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. The building is single storey and consists of three bays, including a central entrance. The windows are square-headed and include glazing bars. This structure is listed mainly for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
