  1. C18. Brown brick and stucco. 3-storeys and attic, 5 double-hung sashes in reveals with flat arches. Ground floor rusticated stucco, with semi- circular porch of 2 columns and 2 half-columns on plinths with fluted capitals; entablature. Elliptical doorway arch containing traceried fan and side lights. 1st floor windows start at floor level, central window has stucco architrave and entablature. Modillion cornice, parapet with pierced balustrade in front of 5 dormers. Mansard slate roof. Interior: 3 rooms deal-panelled. NMR. Modern glass porch.
