Description

Woodroffe House is an early 18th-century building, with a third storey likely added in the 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick with red dressings. The house is three storeys high and has three double-hung sashes. A slight central projection is noticeable, and there is a doorhood supported by brackets above the six-fielded door. A 19th-century bay window is on the left-hand ground floor. The building features a parapet with three panels and a rendered plinth garden wall. A two-storey extension is located to the right. Inside, the original staircase remains.
