  1. Early C18 pair of houses. Brown brick, 2-storeys. 3 dormers. Slight central projection with pediment. 1:4:1 double-hung sashes in reveals with cills and flat arches. Bedford House has been considerably altered. Part immediately West of porch is 1749 (inscribed tablet on North elevation), has 2-storeys, ground floor Venetian window with mask keystone, 1st floor 3 windows with similar central keystone, 1 dormer. 2 long windows over porch. Early C19 porch, bow and left hand wing. Porch has 5 steps up with cast iron railings, reeded doorcase, semi-circular traceried fanlight, impost bands, circular plaques in spandrels, entablature with fluted frieze and central oblong panel. Left hand wing has 2-storeys, 3 windows in surrounds, ground floor windows in arched panels with keystones and continuous impost bands. Right hand 2-storey, 3 window bow, Old machine tile roofs, 2 dormers. Eynham House is unaltered except for right hand, modern, 2-storey, 5 window wing, has windows mainly in architraves, doorhood on brackets, old tile roof. Steps and rail to entrance door, garden wall, included. NMR.
