Old Clack Farmhouse is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed house that stands two storeys high and features four windows, with the two on the right side located under a returned gable end. The house has a high-pitched tiled roof. The square framing is partly exposed and has plastered filling. It includes small-paned modern casements and a modern door set within an old frame.
