The Falcon Public House is an early 19th-century building located on the north-east side of High Street in Uxbridge. It stands three storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is made of painted brick, topped with a low-pitched slated roof that has a modillioned wooden eaves soffit. The building has gauged flat brick arches and key blocks above the recessed sash windows, which include glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two wide reproduction oriel bay shop windows with glazing bars. The outer bays are adorned with half-glazed doors that sit beneath cornice hoods supported by elaborate carved brackets.
