Description

Dyke Cottage, located on Rickmansworth Road in Northwood, is an 18th-century symmetrical house that has been divided into two dwellings. The building is two storeys high, featuring two windows on the first floor and four openings on the ground floor. It is constructed from red brick and has a hipped, swept tiled roof with a central chimney. The first floor has horizontal sliding sash windows with small panes, while the ground floor includes three plain casement windows set under cambered arches, along with a door leading to No 2. Lean-to extensions are set back on both sides, and No 1 has its entrance located in the lean-to.
