Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a late 18th century building located on Noak Hill Road. It is two storeys high and features tarred weatherboarding on a timber frame. The front has three sash windows set in cased frames and a central door with six flush panels. The door is framed by a bare architrave surround topped with a dentilled cornice on consoles, and there is a four-pane fanlight in the frieze above the door. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, with a catslide at the back that extends down to one storey. The cottage has two square chimney stacks.
