Description

This is an 18th-century thatched cottage located on Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill. The cottage was built in the first half of the 19th century. It is timber-framed and rendered, with applied framing detailing, appearing three bays wide and one-and-a-half storeys high. A central brick stack rises through the roof. The roof is thatched, and the cottage has modern windows and a door. Later thatched extensions have been added to the east and west. The building is listed primarily for its group value.
