Description
The railings at the west boundary of the Royal Naval College grounds date from the 19th century. They consist of stone piers that feature plinths, a cornice, and a blocking course, which are placed at intervals along the boundary. The tall, cast-iron railings are supported by leaf-head standards and rest on stone plinths.
