Description
North Lodge to Trafalgar Quarters is a building dating from 1813, with significant later additions. Originally a single-storey lodge with one window facing Park Row, it has been altered to two storeys and now features no windows on the upper floor. Each floor has a blank central window space set in a round-arched recess, flanked by smaller recesses. The building has a stone band at the first floor, along with cills and a plinth. The main south front includes a central door and two sash windows with glazing bars, all of which are round-headed and set in round-arched recesses. The door is half-glazed and the fanlight has been modernised. The right-hand window on the first floor mirrors the ground floor windows, while the left window is a large square oriel dating from around 1900.
