Description

The walls and four piers at the entrance to Davidson Lodge were designed by S W Dawkes in 1852 and are part of the same composition as Davidson Lodge. The entrance features gate piers on each side, which are connected to outer piers by a low wall made of red brick with ashlar coping. The piers are octagonal in shape, constructed from red brick, and have stuccoed bands and stepped coping.
