Description

Windmill Cottage is a 17th-century cottage, likely timber-framed, located on Stites Hill Road in Coulsdon Common. The building has two storeys and garrets. The ground floor features modern render, while the upper floor is tile hung. There are two modern casement windows on both floors, along with a modern central door. The cottage has a modern tile mansard roof with two modern dormers. At the rear, there is a catslide roof with a projecting tile hung staircase tower and end stacks.
