Description
Ivy Cottages, located on Sandy Lane in St Paul's Cray, consists of two buildings. No 1 dates from the 18th century and is two storeys high with a tiled roof. It features one window, a brick dentil band, ground floor cambered arches, and a door set in an architrave.
No 2, known as Ivy Cottage, is from the 17th century. This building is also two storeys tall and has a timber frame with brick infilling and traces of weatherboarding. It has a tiled roof and a modillion eaves cornice, along with two casement windows.
Both cottages are part of a group and contribute to the historical character of the area.
