Description
Nos 28 and 30 on Erith High Street are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall. The front of the buildings is stuccoed, while the one-bay extension to No 30 is painted brick. The side elevations are made of stock brick, and the buildings have a tiled roof with three brick chimney-stacks. The right side of No 30 features a two-storey extension of one bay, which has a lower roof and a wooden eaves cornice. There are four sash windows in total, with intact glazing bars on the first floor. No 28 has two sash windows, with vertical bars only on the ground floor, while No 30 has altered windows. Both buildings have two simple doorcases.
