Description

The garden wall, gatepiers, and gates to the north and west of Hall Place date from the 18th century and incorporate some earlier work. On the north side of Hall Place, there is an enclosed garden formed by red brick walls that extend the half-H wings to the north, ending in piers topped with stone baluster-finials. Between these piers is a wrought iron railing featuring a central gate with a crested overthrow. The brick wall continues to the west for about 200 yards and to the east for about 50 yards.
