Description

Beacon House and Grove Cottage are 17th and early 18th century timber-framed houses. The facades are of red brick and stucco, featuring three windows on one side and one window on the other. Most windows are sash windows with glazing bars. There are two doorcases, and panelled doors. The roofs are slate covered. An early 19th century brick addition exists, a two-storey canted bay window facing the garden, with sash windows on each face. The buildings have group value alongside the nearby church.
