No. 1270 on High Road in Whetstone is a mid-16th century timber-framed building that may have been refronted in the 18th century. It has two storeys and features one window on the front. The first floor has timber casements, while the flank wall is finished with painted stucco and weatherboarding. The building also includes a modern shop front.
