Description
This is a terrace of houses located on the south side of Eaton Place in Westminster, built in the early to mid-19th century. The terrace is incomplete. Constructed of stucco, it comprises three storeys, an attic, an attic mansard, and a basement, with each house featuring three windows. The ground floor is characterised by channelling, except at number 98. Projecting, fluted Doric porches are present. The ground floor of number 94 has been remodelled. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with cornices above the first-floor windows. They are sash windows, some with glazing bars and some with plate glass. A balustraded balcony serves the first floor. Numbers 90 to 92 and 100 to 104 project slightly forward. Decorative features include a dentil cornice above the second floor, a balustraded parapet, and a subsidiary cornice above the third floor. Cast iron area railings are also present. The terrace forms part of a unified design with number 84, the intervening houses having been rebuilt.
