Stock brick, stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys. 3 windows wide. Mid C.20 shop front inserted. Upper floors have recessed sashes under flat gauged arches, the 1st floor with French casements. Stucco plat band to 1st floor. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. Delicate cast iron balconettes to 1st floor windows. Included for group value only.
