Description

TQ 2980 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER JERMYN STREET, SW1 81/41 No 96 GV II Terrace house. c. 1675, altered early to mid C19. Stucco faced, slate roof. 4 storeys, parapeted with coping. 3 windows wide. Mid C19 pilaster framed shop front across ground floor. Upper floors have nearly flush framed sash windows, no glazing bars, flat arches. Architrave framed panels at floor levels and below parapet. Interior retains closed string turned baluster staircase and some of original panelled partition walls, cornices etc. Survey of London; vol XXIX
