Description

No. 94 Jermyn Street is a terrace house built around 1800 to 1820. It has a stucco exterior and a slate roof. The building stands four storeys tall, topped with a cornice and blocking course, and features a dormered mansard roof. The façade is three windows wide. On the ground floor, there is a square-headed house doorway on the right, which includes a fanlight and a six-panel door. Additionally, there is a mid-19th century shop frame with altered windows, supported by rusticated Doric pilasters and topped with an entablature. The upper floors have flat-arched sash windows with architraves and no glazing bars. The sash windows on the first and second floors are adorned with consoled entablatures and segmental pediments above the first-floor windows.
