Description
The gate piers at the entrance from South Audley Street are likely from 1889 to 1890, coinciding with the conversion of the old burial ground into gardens. These tall, panelled gate piers are made of Portland stone and feature pediment caps topped with octagonal finialed lamps. They were constructed as part of the improvements to Mount Street.
