No. 25 Norfolk Road is a detached villa built around 1830 as part of the Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development. The building is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof in a Cottage Orne Tudor-Gothic style. It stands two storeys high and is four irregular bays wide. The entrance is located in the second bay from the left, featuring an enclosed porch with two 4-centred headed arches set within a wide 4-centred archway. The left arch serves as the main entrance while the right arch is a window. The porch has weathered coping on the parapet, and above it, the bay is adorned with a bargeboarded gate.

To the left of the porch, the front of the villa projects forward with a chimney breast and stack. On the right side, there are two bays, with the outer bay slightly set back. Each of these bays has ground floor canted oriel windows with mullions and transoms, topped with shaped pent roofs, and on the first floor, there are two-light casement windows beneath overhanging eaves. The design includes similar details with a bargeboarded gabled break on the return to Woronzow Road. This villa type is similar to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
