Description

Number 23 Devereux Court is a terrace house built around 1676 as part of a development by Barbon. It was later refaced in the 18th century, and the top floor was rebuilt in the mid-20th century. The building is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and has a slate roof. It stands four storeys high and is three windows wide. On the left side, there is a square-headed doorway featuring a panelled door and a fanlight above. The windows are recessed glazing bar sash windows, which are set under flat gauged red brick arches. The building has a parapet with coping and is included in the listing for its group value.
