Description

New Court Chambers, located on the west side of New Court, was built in 1676 by Nicholas Barbon. This impressive building features four storeys plus a basement and is constructed of red brick with stone quoins. It has a painted, rusticated doorway that is topped with an arch and a segmental pediment. The building is capped with a parapet above a tiled roof. Some parts of the structure have been reconstructed.
