Description

The Gateway from Devereux Court, located in Middle Temple, dates from the late 17th century. It features a pair of painted stone piers that are topped by urns. The gateway is closed by panelled wooden gates that fit against an iron frame, which includes an incomplete overthrow and a decorated lamp arch above.
