Description
No. 86 Vincent Square is a corner town house built around 1800. It features grey brick with stucco facing on the former 18 Maunsel Street and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and is three windows wide, with a two-bay wing to the right. A central porch supported by Doric columns leads to a panelled door topped with a semicircular fanlight. The windows are recessed glazing bar sashes set under flat gauged arches. The parapet has coping, and the first-floor windows are adorned with cast iron geometric patterned balconettes. At the rear, the former No. 18 Maunsel Street has a front that is two windows wide, with a door to the right featuring a patterned rectangular fanlight and recessed glazing bar sashes.
