Description

TQ 2978 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER VINCENT SQUARE, SW1 105/11 5.2.70 No. 86 (Including No. 18 Maunsel Street) G.V. II Corner town house. c.1800. Grey brick with stucco facing to former 18 Maunsel Street, slate roof. 3 storeys. 3 windows wide with 2-bay wing to right. Central Doric columned porch, panelled door with semicircular fanlight. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. 1st floor windows have cast iron geometric patterned balconettes. The former No. 18 Maunsel Street to rear has a 2 window wide front with door to right with patterned rectangular fanlight; recessed glazing bar sashes.
