Description
Nos. 7 and 8 Vincent Square are a pair of terrace houses built around 1800. They are constructed of amber brick with a stuccoed ground floor and feature a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys above a basement and each has a front that is two windows wide. The doorways on either side are semicircular arched and include fanlights, with segmental arched panels that contain recessed ground floor glazing bar sashes. These doorways are connected by an impost band. The upper floors feature glazing bar sashes that are recessed under flat gauged arches. There is a plat band at the first floor level and a parapet with coping above it. Additionally, the first floor has cast iron balconies with a geometric pattern.
