Description
A row of houses dated around 1830, located on Chester Row in the City of Westminster. The buildings are constructed of stucco and have slate mansards to most properties, with three storeys, attic mansards, and a basement. The row comprises numbers 1 to 25 (odd), including 13A South Eaton Place. Most houses are two windows wide, though number 1 is a single window. The entrances are semicircular headed, except for numbers 1 and 3 which have square headed entrances. These entrances are fitted with panelled doors. A continuous balcony featuring an anthemion pattern runs along the first floor. The windows are sash windows with much of the original glazing bars remaining. A cornice is situated above the second floor. The property has cast iron area railings.
