Description
No. 139 Ebury Street is a house with a shop on the ground floor, dating from the early 19th century and altered since. The building is four storeys tall and two windows wide, constructed of brick with chanelled stucco on the ground floor. The roof is not visible. The entrance to the house is on the right, featuring a panelled door, while to the left is a pilastered shop doorway from the 19th century and a bar window in between. An iron balcony with a "Gothick" design is present on the first floor. The windows are square-headed sashes with gauged heads and glazing bars. The building has a parapet and a return to the right with blind windows. It is included in the register for its group value only.
