Description

Nos. 1 and 3, Graham Terrace are an early 19th-century row of houses, altered in later periods. No. 3 is of brick and stucco construction, while No. 1 is mid-19th century stucco with applied channelling to the ground floor. The houses are two storeys and have a basement, each being two windows wide. They feature round-headed entrances with panelled doors, and square-headed windows with architraves on No. 1. The windows are sash windows with plate glass. A cast iron balconette with an anthemion pattern originally decorated the first floor of No. 3 and has been moved to the ground floor of No. 1. The upper part of No. 3 has been reconstructed. The buildings are included in the listing for group value.
