Description

No 73 Grosvenor Street is a terraced house built between 1722 and 1724 by John James, with some alterations made over time. The building features a stucco-faced brick exterior and a slate roof, rising to four storeys topped with a dormered mansard. It has four windows and a bracketed cornice. The ground floor has been altered, while the upper floors have segmental-headed revealed sash windows with moulded architraves, which include late 19th-century glazing.
