Description
These lampstandards, dating from the mid-19th century, are made of cast iron and feature octagonal bases and shafts topped with Windsor lanterns. They line the path crossing the lake and are part of a notable collection of early to mid-19th century and George V lampstandards found in St James's Park, as well as along the Mall, Birdcage Walk, and Horse Guards Road.
