Description

The stable yard gates, dating from around 1827 to 1830, are located on Stable Yard Road in the City of Westminster. These gates are made of cast iron and feature spear head rails and dog rails. The openwork piers are designed with grouped halberds and are adorned with the monogram G.IV.R. At the top of the gates, there are scrolls that support Windsor lanterns.
