Description

This is a terrace of houses located in St Ann's Terrace, London NW8, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are stuccoed and each has two windows, arranged over three storeys. The ground floor features channelled rustication. Doorways are round-headed, with pilaster joints, to numbers 12 to 18, while number 20 has a square-headed doorway. Number 10 has a shopfront, likely dating to the mid-19th century, and it has been modified with fluted Corinthian columns and a modern fascia. The windows are sash windows, square headed, with some retaining small panes of glass. A cornice and blocking course run along the top of the facade. Iron balconies are present at numbers 12 and 14, and iron window guards are found at numbers 16, 18, and 20.
