The building has four storeys, a basement, and dormers, with two windows on the front. There is a cornice and blocking course, along with a main stone cornice at the third floor level. The ground floor is finished in rusticated stucco, and the recessed sash windows have gauged flat brick arches with original glazing bars. The entrance includes a round-arched, recessed doorway with panelled jambs, a cornice-head, a radial fanlight, and a half-glazed door. A continuous wrought iron balcony is present at the first floor level, complemented by cast iron railings topped with urn finials. There is also a bracketed bust on the first floor.
