Description

No. 77 Beak Street is a terrace house dating from the early 18th century, likely refronted in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick with a concealed roof and stands four storeys tall, with two windows across the front. The ground floor features a shop front from around 1840, which has pilasters and a fascia, alongside a panelled house door. The upper floors are adorned with recessed glazing bar sash windows that sit beneath flat gauged arches. A parapet with coping completes the building's exterior. Inside, the house retains original entrance passage panelling and a dog leg staircase with turned balusters.
