Description

A terrace of ten houses, Nos 1-9, and three further houses Nos 11-13, located on the east side of South Eaton Place in Westminster, was built around 1835. The buildings are of stucco construction with a roof that is not visible. They are four storeys high with a basement, and each house is two windows wide. Each house has a projecting Doric porch and a panelled front door. The ground floor features channelling. A continuous bombé balcony runs across the first floor. The windows are square-headed, with a cornice above the first floor windows and a plain architrave above the second floor windows. A cornice sits above the third floor. Cast iron area railings are present. The building returns to the right.
