Description

This is a mid-to-late 18th-century terrace house on Harley Street. It is constructed of brown brick with a slate roof, and has a rusticated stuccoed ground floor. The house is four storeys high, with a basement and a dormered mansard. It has three windows. A plat band and sill band are present on the first floor, and a moulded cornice sits beneath the parapet, which has a coping. The round-headed doorway on the left side has side lights and a fanlight. The windows are revealed sashes within flat, gauged arches. A cast iron balcony, dating from approximately 1800, is located on the first floor. Wrought iron area railings, featuring scroll-mounted lamp holders, are also present.
