Description
Nos 13 and 15 on Campbell Road are an early 19th-century pair of houses. They are constructed of stock brick and feature a narrow central recessed panel that extends the full height of the buildings. The houses have hipped slate roofs with wide eaves soffits that are bracketed. A stucco string course runs at the first-floor sill height, and the basements are also stuccoed. The buildings rise three storeys plus a basement, with two sash windows each. The ground and first-floor windows are set in double segmental brick arches. The doorcases have stucco lintels and panelled pilasters, and the doors feature arched panels. The area railings have arrowhead finials. These houses are part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 44 (even) and Nos 1 to 27 (odd), as well as Nos 35 to 49 on Arnold Road and Nos 1 to 25 on Tomlins Grove.
