Description

Nos 819 and 821 on Commercial Road, built in the early 19th century, are part of the same terrace as Nos 815 and 817. The buildings feature a stuccoed facade with a band and blocking course. They stand three storeys tall, with two windows each. The first-floor windows are sashes set in round brick arches, all with glazing bars. The ground floor is rusticated and has an unobtrusive bank front. Nos 815 to 821 (odd) form a group.
