Description

The boundary wall and gate piers to St Katharine's Dock date from the early 19th century. The wall is constructed of stock brick and features a white stone coping. The gate piers are topped with white stone caps, some of which have vermiculated stone banding. The structure is located along St Katharine's Way, East Smithfield, and Thomas More Street.

This boundary wall and gate piers are part of a group that includes Warehouses B, C, G, and I, the Dockmaster's Office, the house next to No. 6 gate, and the footbridge within St Katharine's Dock.
