Description
This is a range of early 19th-century terraced houses at 15-41 Coborn Road, E3. The houses are built of yellow brick with slate roofs and have a parapet along the top. They are two storeys high with basements, each house originally having a single window. The first-floor windows have elliptical arches with reeded architraves and panels below. The windows are set into recessed surrounds, which also incorporate the ground-floor windows. The windows are arranged in pairs, each pair topped with a pediment. Additional bays serve as links between the houses and contain entrances featuring fluted quadrant pilasters and some wood trellis porches with hoods. Numbers 15 to 41 (odd) form a group with numbers 20 to 26 (even) on the opposite side of the road.
