Nos 34 and 35 on Coborn Street, built in the early 19th century, are constructed of yellow stock brick. The buildings stand three storeys high and each has two windows. The windows are sashes with plain reveals and glazing bars, and there are arched windows on the ground floor. These properties, along with Nos 24 to 37, form a group. The roofs are not visible.
