Description
Nos 36 and 37 on Coborn Street are a pair of early 19th-century houses made of yellow stock brick. They stand three storeys high, each with two windows. No 37 has a one-storey side extension that includes a door, while No 36 features a side entrance with a lintel supported by moulded brackets and a sash window above. The windows are sash style with plain reveals and glazing bars, and the ground floor windows have an arched design. There are iron balconies on the first-floor windows. A modern brick extension at the rear of No 36 is not listed. Nos 24 to 37 on Coborn Street form a group.
