Description

This mid-19th century building, originally the Poplar Chest Clinic, is constructed of stock brick with some stucco dressings and corner quoins. It has a gabled stuccoed porch with an arched entrance. The roof is slate, featuring clustered diagonal chimney stacks and a coped gable. The building is two storeys and an attic, with three windows on the main facade and one window at the recessed northern end. The windows are mullioned, with two lights each. Numbers 1 to 5 (odd) form a group with number 4.
